SPECIALIZATION

 

  • He specializes in commercial and civil law, as well as in restructuring and bankruptcy law, with particular focus on providing services to entrepreneurs operating in manufacturing, energy and fuel sectors.

 

EXPERIENCE

 

  • He has several years of experience in providing comprehensive legal services to large enterprises, including production plants and smelters, as well as in providing services to receivers as part of complex bankruptcy proceedings
  • He is engaged in preparing, giving opinions and negotiating commercial, investment, energy and fuel contracts, supporting Clients in developing safe and effective contractual solutions
  • He is a member of teams conducting audits of contracts and contractual processes, with particular emphasis on legal risk assessment and compliance with industry regulations
  • He advises Clients in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings and represents them at all stages – from the analysis of the situation and strategy preparation to drafting of proposals, participation in court proceedings and negotiations with creditors and debtors
  • He represents Clients in commercial, civil and administrative disputes
