SPECIALIZATION

 

  • She specializes in conducting court disputes and arbitration proceedings, representing entrepreneurs, in particular in matters relating to economic, civil and administrative law.
  • She has extensive experience in matters relating to individual and collective labor law and social insurance, with particular focus on court disputes and proceedings of increased complexity.

 

 

EXPERIENCE

 

  • She has been conducting court proceedings for years – both before common courts and before arbitration courts, also in English.
  • She represents entrepreneurs in economic, civil and administrative disputes, combining legal knowledge with a practical approach to litigation.
  • She develops litigation strategies covering an analysis of legal risks, assessment of current jurisprudence and selection of optimal evidence, adapted to the specificity of the case and client’s objectives.
  • She supports clients also at the stage of settlement negotiations, combining a procedural perspective with business objectives and aiming at an effective resolution of the dispute.
  • She prepares and provides opinions on business contracts.

 

EDUCATION

 

  • Advocate since 2017.
  • Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Rzeszow.
  • She completed a part of her studies at the Faculty of Law at Pablo de Olavide University in Seville (Spain) conducted in English.
  • She completed postgraduate studies in labor law in the Department of Labor Law and Social Policy of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.
