• Specialises in conducting court proceedings on behalf of entrepreneurs, with particular emphasis on cases in the field of commercial and civil law. Has in-depth experience in debt recovery, enforcement proceedings, and the legal aspects of real estate transactions and the execution of construction investments.

EXPERIENCE

• Has several years of experience in comprehensive legal services for business entities, encompassing ongoing advisory and representation in court disputes.
• Handles cases at every stage of a dispute — from the pre-litigation phase, through negotiations and court proceedings, to the effective enforcement of claims, combining legal expertise with a practical approach focused on achieving the client's objectives.
• Coordinates and supervises the work of debt recovery teams, developing claim recovery strategies tailored to the specifics of the receivables and the debtor's situation.
• Drafts and reviews contracts in commercial transactions, in particular in the area of real estate transactions and the construction investment process.

EDUCATION

• Attorney at law since 2023.
• Graduated in "Law" from the WSPiA University of Rzeszów and in "Management" with a specialisation in "Human Resource Management" from the same university.
• Completed postgraduate studies in fiscal criminal law and economic criminal law at the Department of Criminal Law, Faculty of Law and Administration, Jagiellonian University.
• Currently attending a doctoral seminar in the discipline of "Law".
