SPECIALIZATION

• She specializes in the provision of legal services to entrepreneurs, with particular focus on the ongoing corporate support for business entities, and representation before the registry court. She is engaged in legal and tax advisory, conducting business transformation processes, as well as establishing and running family foundations.

EXPERIENCE

• She is involved in the establishment and transformation of companies and sole proprietorships;
• She provides legal and tax services to entrepreneurs on an ongoing basis;
• She conducts the processes of establishing and servicing family foundations;
• She has conducted numerous proceedings before tax authorities, as well as related court proceedings;
• She prepares corporate documentation and contracts for the needs of business entities, also in English;
• She has been involved in developing and implementing optimization solutions, taking into account tax and corporate aspects in the companies, including the implementation and management of companies under Estonian CIT;
• She has represented clients in civil, commercial, administrative and criminal fiscal proceedings.

EDUCATION

• Attorney-at-law since 2024;
• She has completed postgraduate studies in bankruptcy and restructuring law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow.
